This video is the second devotional for the week of March 6 through March 10. In this Ted Talk, Jessica Amos shares "When you are overwhelmed with apprehension of a possible future misfortune or danger you can think about your body in this moment and know you are safe.” There are helpful tips in this video, but I would like to add Jesus words from Philippians 4:6 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hears and your minds in Christ Jesus." What do you think? Leave a comment.

It is definitely helpful to focus on the stability and reliability of ourselves and the things around us. I would add though, that the most stable and reliable 'friend and ally' in our lives is God. How great that we have such a solid rock to base our foundation on.
