A good reminder that we should not overcommit our schedules to the point that we are too preoccupied to be in the presence of God. I like that John has a system in place to purge the things in his life that make him hurried. This video encourages me to look at my own life and evaluate the things that are unnecessary and take away from my ability to sit quietly in God's presence and receive His love.
