Melissa made a guest appearance on the 700 Club Interactive talking about The Secret to Contentment. This video is the second devotional for the week of March 6 through March 10. In this Ted Talk, Jessica Amos shares "When you are overwhelmed with apprehension of a possible future misfortune or danger you can think about your body in this moment and know you are safe.” There are helpful tips in this video, but I would like to add Jesus words from Philippians 4:6 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hears and your minds in Christ Jesus."  What do you think? Leave a comment.

Jessica Amos is the creator and facilitator of the online story co-op, Stay with Yourself – a place for real people to tell true stories about their lives and experiences as a vehicle for fostering empathy, healing, and connection.
