devotions be encouraging and inspiring for you. Watch this
video and let us know what you
think by leaving a few sentences as comment below the post. The comments

I totally agree. Our inner dialogue can be so powerful and can most definitely shape our outward views on life. It is so important to keep aligned with God. It helps us to maintain a steady course and can silence the negative inner dialogue of which we can all become the victim.
ReplyDelete"Interior Dialogue" is so important. I like to also call it our "self talk" I believe we should always be speaking truth and positivity into our lives. There is so much NEGATIVE, and when I feel really low my husband always reminds me that I need to give it to the Lord and tell myself positive aspects of the situation as well as all the things I am capable of and all the things I am worthy of. Sometimes you just need to tell yourself that "you are enough" because when you feel positive it changes your whole outlook.
ReplyDeleteThis makes all kinds of sense. Scientifically speaking, our bodies tell us physically when it thinks we've reached our maximum capacity. However, if we can push past the physical fatigue and recognize intellectually that we actually have more to give, we can exceed our own limitations. I would say this applies spiritually as well.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh! This is my life, 24 hours a day, but especially at night when I can't sleep. I constantly have to pray for the Lord to take over and take my thoughts captive. It is so difficult to not be critical of ourselves and sometimes of others. They are very adorable together and of course, great reference to Steph Curry!
