5/14-5/18 Devo One

This is the first devotional for the week of May 14-18. The VCHS Worship Team has been going through a book called Worship Matters by Bob Kauflin, which has been very helpful. In this video, Bob Kauflin shares a spontaneous song for those in situations they feel are hopeless. It was recorded at the Sovereign Grace Ministries Pastors Conference in Gaithersburg, Maryland. I hope it encourages you. What do you think?

  1. That was beautiful and very moving. This weekend I found out that a good friend was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, this same friend had to leave her job to help with her husband who had a stroke. Sigh...it is especially during trials like these that we must rely on Gods promises and rest assured that he is truly the God of the impossible.

  2. Nothing is too hard for God to solve. We must trust and have faith in God! He will solve our pain, suffering and problems. But often we forgotten God's power, instead we rely on ourselves.

  3. What a wonderful song of hope and faith. It is nice to hear the qualities of God in a modern voice. An affirming song about our relationship with God and how He loves us.
