9/11-9/15 Devo Two

This video is the second devotional for the week of September 11 through September 15. This video is an encouraging devotional by The Daily Bread. "We’re all in this together . . . this race called life. So don’t run alone. And don’t run too fast or you’ll miss opportunities to be the hands and feet of Jesus.     Short and sweet video. I can think of several moments in my life where I was going through a rough patch and how even a stranger's words of kindness helped me to cope. I even had our PG&E guy speak words of encouragement when I needed them. We all need to remember that words and actions matter, even small ones, and even when it seem that they are going unnoticed.

    The American ideal, the lone wolf, the self made man, the solo warrior. Our whole culture encourages isolation. Nice to see a video that encourages community over isolation.
